What Safety Protocols do you have in place?

COVID-19 Safety Protocols
OJF Event Safety Plan updated November 10 2020

Have OJF artists taken the necessary COVID-19 safety precautions?

All of the artists performing in our fall series are from right here in Ontario. They take the COVID self-assessment daily, practice social distancing, wear masks as much as possible, and wash their hands frequently. Their livelihood is directly tied to their physical health and they are very mindful of that. We have consulted the Quarantine Act and there are currently no self-isolation requirements for people who travel within the province. (The Quarantine Act states that any traveller coming from an international destination to Ontario is required to self-isolate for 14 days, even if they don’t have symptoms.)

Why would we pay for live streamed shows?

The live-music and festival industries are hurting due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We need to support our artists, venues and technicians – not just the jobs in front of the curtain but all those behind. Our streaming price is only $10 but this money goes directly into the hands of those who need it most.

Can we take photos or videos?

Photos and videos are not permitted for any of the performances.

Please note that these shows are being recorded. Disturbances or noise, however small, can affect the quality of the production. We ask that you remain seated, refrain from talking and be certain your cell phones have been turned off.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the venue.

Thank you and we hope you enjoy the show!
