COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Welcome back to in-person performances! To make these performances safe for everyone and to bring back a semblance of 'normal life' we have the following mandatory safety measures in place:

  • Please do not attend if you are not feeling well.
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before the show. Please wear your mask at all times. You will be asked to use our hand sanitizer upon arrival and before entry into the theatre. Your ticket will then be scanned and you will be escorted into the theatre by a staff member. Please use the seat assigned as the seats are arranged according to City of Ottawa Covid safety guidelines.
  • If you are attending with your “bubble” (maximum 2) please let the ushers know, before escorting you into the theatre.
  • At this point in time, Nov 6, maximum live attendance capacity is 40. If this number alters, we will alert the public right away.
  • Should there be more government limitations imposed, and attendance numbers are reduced, tickets will automatically be refunded.
  • High contact areas will be sanitized between shows.
  • Artists will also respect all the Covid guidelines for distancing and sanitizing that are required of them.
  • COVID-19 instructions and up to the minute protocols will be posted at the entry to Arts Court.
  • Beverages will not be sold or available at the shows.
  • To prepare for a safe and enjoyable show, each guest is required to read the COVID-19 screening tool and provide contact information before entering the venue. Please complete these 2 requirements before you arrive for the show at the following links: 1) Ontario Public Health COVID-19 Screening Tool  and 2) Contact Tracing Form.
