Late Night Winter Jamming!

Jam sessions have been around longer than concerts themselves. It is the communal nature of music to share it: to play together for the sheer joy of playing! For the TD Winter Jazz Fest we have two different house bands, one for each weekend, that will share the stage with an array of local musicians as well as musicians in visiting groups that are performing at the Festival.

This is where you get to experience the raw nature of jazz and improvisation. It does not stop there however! Jazz is a much broader term than it used to be and in the spirit of today, you might see the band stretching to perform with artists best known for other styles of music.

The adventure is that you never know what is going to happen, but you surely do not want to miss it! Join us at ARC The. Hotel at 10:30pm on February 6, 7, 13 & 14 for our Late Night Winter Jam Sessions. Here are the house bands:
