The amount of virtuosity, wit, humor and musical knowledge in his music is what makes this all a blast of a show! With him tonight is an unbelievable clarinetist from New York Michael Winograd, who is one of the most respected young klezmer clarinetists out there.
He is also a brilliant improviser, arranger, composer and was my room mate in Brooklyn for four years along with Lake Street Dive bassist Bridget Kearney.
