Lunar Bloom & Moonfruits

Lunar Bloom is Brittany Rae Robinson, Kelly McNamee, and Jocelyn Regina, a Toronto based trio rooted in folk tradition. Their original songs feature complex vocal harmonies and intimate storytelling in the dream folk genre. Lunar Bloom is as playful as they are thoughtful, balancing dreamy love songs with feminist anthems and calls to action. They embrace harmonic tension, and rhythms that challenge expectations, creating the story of each song through musical devices as well as poetic lyrics.Their self-titled EP was nominated in the Folk/Roots Category at the Independent Music Awards 2020. Their debut album, Running Deep, was just released this month, and was supported by crowdfunding and Canada Council of the Arts.
