Rachelle Behrens has been a local songstress for many decades in the Ottawa Area. Her vast knowledge of various music genres lets her flourish in many of them; from Rock to Jazz. For the Jazzfest she will performing, with her stellar band, a mix of Jazz and Latin Jazz in various languages.

The Ottawa Jazz Festival will align its Covid policy with any government safety regulations whether from civic, provincial, or federal authorities as they arise. At the moment, there are no advisories mandating precautions for wearing masks or showing vaccination certificates for any festivals or indoor/outdoor performing arts events.
