We look forward to seeing you at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Ottawa Jazz Festival on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (EST) via Google Meet.

Registration to attend is open until Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

OJF Board of Directors and staff do not need to register.

If you did not have time to register, all of this information will be available on the Ottawa Jazz Festival homepage and can be accessed at any time.

  If you are not planning to attend, please submit your proxy form so we can assure proper quorum.

The Google Meet link, AGM Package Booklet, and Financial Statements will be shared with registered participants on the day of the meeting.

Members are defined as individuals who served as “active” volunteers during the 2025 Ottawa Jazz Festival and registered as such.
