FAQ: Laufey, June 28th at Ottawa Jazz Festival

Merchandise

  • Merchandise will be available beginning in the early afternoon at our Merchandise Tent (Gate 1, Confederation Park) and at our Box Office (Marion Dewar Plaza, outside of Ottawa City Hall). View the Festival Map.

Ticketing

  • Day passes for June 28th (Laufey) are sold out
  • If you would like to attend the Laufey concert and don’t have a ticket, you can purchase a full festival Youth or Bronze pass which will provide you access to this show (subject to availability)
  • Passes can be purchased here or by visiting our on-site Box Office at Marion Dewar Plaza between the hours of 12pm to late.
  • Everyone attending this concert needs a ticket or pass:
    • This includes children aged 12 and under
    • Please contact the box office with any questions
  • Bring proof of your Laufey ticket to the 2025 Ottawa Jazz Festival for a discount on a ticket or pass! (subject to availability)

Entrance to the event

  • Please see our FAQ for information about what can be brought into the venue and more
  • Please see our Ticket FAQ for even more information about our policies
  • Food and non-alcoholic beverages can be brought into the park
  • Bags will be checked by security at the gate prior to entry into the venue
  • Those without bags will be filtered into a separate line for faster access
  • CAA members and Full Festival Gold Pass holders will both be given priority entry at Gate 5 for the June 28th (Laufey). View the Festival Map.

Everything else

  • This will be a very busy event and as such, lawn chairs are discouraged unless absolutely necessary for this show
  • Gates will open at approximately 5:30pm
  • If lining up outside the park, please line up along the gate down towards the canal
  • If lining up inside the park, please follow the signage to find the lineup along the gate
